Delivery & Returns

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All orders for Goods are accepted when you receive confirmation e-mail to this effect. We are legally obliged to send you this confirmation and you may wish to print or save it for your future reference. The confirmation will include details of your order, including your chosen delivery address. We will send you a further e-mail to let you know that your order has been processed by us and another when it has been dispatched. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information regarding our data handling policy.

PRICE & PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in AUS Dollars and, where appropriate, are inclusive of sales tax .All Goods are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We try to ensure that all prices on display on the Website at www.sashandme.com. au are accurate. The price of an item is the price at head office on the day of your order. We reserve the right to change any price after you place an order but should we do so, we will inform you before we process your order and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order. However the correct price will always appear on the email that we send you when we have processed your order. Where Goods are discontinued or cannot for some reason be delivered we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to inform you of this and to suggest an alternative item similar to the one ordered or we may have to cancel your order. All payments must be in AUS Dollars. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.

DELIVERY

Your order will usually be delivered by Australia Post and will require a signature on delivery. Orders placed by 11am (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) will normally be despatched the same day and should be delivered within the next working day. The cost of delivery will be added to your order total before payment is taken. Our standard delivery charge for delivery to addresses within Australia is just $10 per order. Should a higher charge apply to a particularly heavy or bulky item, we will advise you prior to processing your order that a higher charge applies.

Overseas delivery charges will be quoted and charged on a case by case basis. If an item is out of stock, this will be indicated on the Website whenever possible. Delivery times are estimates only and dispatch may be slightly delayed so please allow up to 30 days. If we are unable to perform the whole or part of the order due to any cause or event beyond our control we may by notice in writing to you cancel or suspend the order in whole or in part without liability. We may deliver separately the Goods which make up your order. Where we do so, you will only incur one delivery charge. Title to the Goods shall pass to you on payment in full of the price of the Goods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers in Australia: Should any goods be unsuitable, we are happy to exchange them for you. Should you wish to return any goods for exchange, you must call us in the first instance in order that we may issue a return authorization number and return address. We regret that we give no refunds of orders unless the product is faulty. All goods should be in the original condition of purchase.

Please ensure that all goods returned are suitably packed. We recommend that you insure any goods that are returned to us as we will not be liable for any damage or loss during transit. Please ensure that any goods returned are accompanied by the returns authorization number and your receipt.

Customers outside Australia: You may return any goods that you have ordered for exchange within seven days of the day on which you receive the Goods. If you wish to do so, you will have to return any items at your own cost. We will be unable to refund the original shipping cost that was charged to you when you placed your order. In addition, we will charge you a further amount that will be advised to you if you ask us to ship goods to you as an exchange unless the goods that were originally supplied to you are faulty. Please obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost on return to us. All goods returned to us must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. . Should you wish to return any goods for exchange, you must call us in the first instance in order that we may issue a return authorization number.

SHORTAGE AND TRANSIT DAMAGE

You must inspect the Goods at the place and time of delivery and notify us of any shortages, defects in the Goods, or of any other complaint immediately and in any case within ten working days from the date the Goods were delivered, failing which the Goods will be deemed to have been accepted and to be in good working order. Our liability for short delivery is limited to making good the shortage. Where Goods prove to be faulty, we will replace them without charge, or give a full refund within 28 days of the date of the delivery. Where Goods are faulty, we will reimburse the cost of delivery back to us should we ask you to return them to us.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

All prices are quoted in AUS Dollars and include where appropriate sales tax. Any import duties or taxes and customs or clearance charges that are payable in the recipient’s country are solely the responsibility of the recipient. They will not be refunded by us should you wish to cancel your order or to return any goods to us for exchange or refund.
